Julian is an international lawyer, dually qualified in England and Wales and France.

His current activity mobilises a skill set developed over 36 years of practice and experience working and living in four countries. 25 years of which have been in France dealing with international mobility and the needs of both private clients and small and large companies of different nationality and origin.

At present, he is assisting with company set-ups in India, France, the UK and Spain, employment issues, including litigation, with back up from a strong labour law department and property litigation relating to construction defects, evictions, bank foreclosures and forced sales of jointly owned property. An increasing amount of his time is taken up with estate planning and dealing with the administration of international estates, in particular the resolution of disputes between beneficiaries and the transfer or disposal of assets, in France and the UK but also across Europe, North Africa, the USA and Asia.
